Payments for all services provided by DejaNET Communications are due prior to the 1st of each month.  All payments received after the 1st of each month are considered late and will also incur a $5.00 late fee.  The late fee applies to the day the payment is actually received and NOT the postmark date.

If full payment for services is not received by the 7th of each month, all services will then be suspended at midnight on the 8th.  Full payment of all arrears and an additional $20.00 fee will be required in order to restore services to their previous state.

Payments may be made to our office in person or mailed to our PO Box.  The addresses can be found on our Contact page.

Please mail payments ONLY to the PO BOX NOTED ON THE CONTACT PAGE.

Any account with ANY balance still due is STILL subject to the $5.00 late fee.

The current form of payments accepted is Cash, Check, Bank Cashier's Check, Money Order and Direct Deposit.  For Direct Deposit, please contact us for bank account information.

Any checks returned to us by the bank for ANY reason are subject to a $25.00 fee.
